Whoop Whoop! Fall is Here!
Ok so actually Fall arrived officially a few weeks ago, but today it FEELS like fall-it is actually cold!
October is a full month, full of pumpkin spiced EVERYTHING!!!
Let's begin with what's most importance- our health!......first.....lady's let's not forget.....
National Breast Cancer Awareness month - this is a near and dear subject for me, most of us know at least one person that has breast cancer. For me; I lost my mom several years ago to BC, I learned I am BRCA1 positive, had a Prophylactic Mastectomy and I will NEVER forget to get a mammogram!! Please remind all your lady friends how important it is to get a mammogram! Early detection is so important!
Next up...Flu Vaccines...you either love them or you hate them (ok really who LOVES them!!)
Loving them isn't a possibility, however hating getting the flu is.....Here is some information from the CDC, please remember this is just information, discuss your questions with your healthcare professional!

This year we are opening up to our families- Family Photo Day! pictures start being taken at 7:30am and they shoot until they are through (usually around lunch time). If you would like to have your entire family or just other older siblings come in for the photo that would be fine.
**Please schedule with the Director so we can try an accommodate your schedule.
Lifetouch will be printing proofs that day on site, they will come home that day!

REMINDER:
Centerville Fall Festival will be held October 28, 2017, 10am. Looks like it is going to be a big event. (We will have a booth there- we will have a lollipop pull with prizes) Lots of craft vendors and food vendors should be a fun time!

Lastly, a verse that stuck out to me today.... as I tend to worry about everything, you know all the things I can not control...and especially for Ms. Erica, she will be out for about 1 1/2 weeks as she is having surgery tomorrow.
11. Philippians 4:6-7
Don’t worry about anything, but in everything, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses every thought, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
